TASTING NOTES
Brick red with crimson hues. The Richland Shiraz is a warm, rich approachable wine. Aromas of ripe berry fruit and smoky oak give way to a medium weight wine with a well-rounded mid palate. Long soft oak tannins support varietal fruit and spicy black pepper flavours. Excellent to drink now or will gain added complexity with short term cellaring.
FOOD ACCOMPANIMENTS
Rosemary scented lamb with balsamic vinegar, penne arrabiata, mushroom and garlic pan fried beef fillet with barbecued polenta.
