Straw yellow in colour with light golden hues. A pungent nose of rose petal and orange blossom. The palate has well-balanced sweetness with grapey sweet fruit flavours of mangos and orange rind. The finish is soft and spritzy with a light 'frizzante' bubble.
Enjoyed it chilled on a hot summer’s day with a grazing platter of fresh fruit and soft cheeses or spicy cuisines. Also a wonderful base ingredient for fruity wine cocktails!
